Business Terms
In general, unless otherwise stated, the follwing factors apply to all work we undertake on behalf of our clients:
- All prices given are exclusive of VAT or Delivery unless otherwise specified.
- On-line and telephone purchases must be paid in full prior to dispatch.
- Hardware consultancy projects require a 50% deposit, software development projects require a 40% deposit prior to commencement.
- All accounts must be settled within 28 days of invoice unless otherwise stated.
- No goods or services will be deemed to be the property of the client until paid for in full
